What you can expect

• You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiplace Desk.
• Your main tasks will include handling customer services at the counter desk (deposits / withdrawals, changes) and dealing with administrative (data and formal) and telephone customer concerns.
• You will be very familiar with AKB's training programs in order to provide first aid with customer concerns and new concerns as well as to support the team customers.
• You maintain customer contact via the Learning Desk, where you use the appropriate channels.
• You need to recognize the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
• You will ensure that the online presence is always kept up to date and functions flawlessly.
• You look for the most suitable solutions for customer concerns and support the branch manager in their administrative activities.

What you bring with you

• This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
• You have completed vocational or university training or have a solid basic education.
• You will continue to develop your knowledge of products and services in the basic service segment.
