Consultant customer zone (a)What you can expect
- You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiplace Desk.
- Your main tasks will include handling customer services at the counter desk (deposits / withdrawals, changes) and dealing with administrative (data and formal) and telephone customer concerns.
- You will be very familiar with AKB's training programs in order to provide first aid with customer concerns and new concerns as well as to support the team customers.
- You maintain customer contact via the Learning Desk, where you use the appropriate channels.
- You need to recognize the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
- You will ensure that the online presence is always kept up to date and functions flawlessly.
- You look for the most suitable solutions for customer concerns and support the branch manager in their administrative activities.
