Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for an advisor for the customer zone in Spreitenbach to receive, advise and support customers. The position involves handling customer service, advice and administrative activities.

What awaits you
- You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiario Desk
- The processing of customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) is one of your main tasks, along with handling the bank counter (CHF and foreign currencies).
- With AKB's training programs, you are the best tool for advising our customers and new customers as well as the team customer zone.
- On the one hand, you will maintain customer contact at the Learning Desk, where you will provide the actual advice.
- You need to discover the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
- You make sure that the ATM is always sufficiently filled and works properly.
- Depending on your interests, you will support the branch manager in their administrative activities.
What you bring with you
- This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
- You already have experience in a bank or a comparable organization; a completed basic banking education is sufficient.
- You will continue to develop your knowledge of products and services in the basic services segment.
- A busy day for you means being able to maintain your personal balance with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
