What you can expect

• You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiario Desk
• Handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) is one of your main tasks, as well as assisting with and monitoring the approval of processing procedures (e.g. account openings).
• You will be very familiar with AKB's training programs so that you can respond to the needs of our customers and advise new customers and team customers.
• You maintain customer contact via the Learning@Desk, where you understand the digital channels.

What you bring with you

• This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
• You have completed vocational or university training with a solid basic business education.
• You have a basic knowledge of the products and services in the basic services segment.
• For you, an English day means being able to personally look after our customers on site in Spreitenbach in the morning.
• Teamwork and an atmosphere that is just as important to you as working independently.
