What you can expect

• You represent AKB in customer contact and receive our new and existing customers in the Wealth Desk area.
• You enjoy advising new and existing customers on the bank's own products and analyzing their needs.
• You will also maintain customer contact at the Learning Desk, where you will manage our various digital channels and support our customers in using them.
• You are responsible for handling the customer service business at the cash desk (deposits/withdrawals, change), ensuring quality and the ATM system.
• You are able to recognize the potential of customers and develop existing and future solutions.

• You have recently completed the first step in your career development or have already completed an apprenticeship in a related profession or equivalent basic training.
