Customer Service Representative
Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a customer service representative for the customer service area who will assist customers at the self-service desk and with self-service stations, and who will serve as the bank’s public face. What you can expect
- You’ll support us with enthusiasm and dedication by interacting with customers at the self-service counter in Aarau and assisting them with the bank’s self-service features.
- You represent the bank in all your interactions and feel that our corporate culture aligns with your values.
- You enjoy assisting new and existing customers with their inquiries and answering any follow-up questions.
- You will also manage customer data at the Learning Desk, where you will gain an understanding of our various digital channels and assist our customers in using them.
- You will be responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and change), as well as managing bank supplies and the "warent" point-of-sale system.
