Customer Service Representative
Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a customer service representative for its branch in Birs-Lugpf to advise and assist customers both in the branch and in the field. The position offers an engaging role with responsibility and a competitive total compensation package.
What you can expect
- You will represent AKB in both our office and field operations, and welcome our customers in the consultation room with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
- You enjoy advising both existing and new clients during one-on-one consultations and assessing their future financial needs.
- You’ll also interact with customers at the Learning Desk, where you’ll manage our various digital channels and help our customers navigate them.
- You will be responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and change) as well as processing cashless transactions and ATM transactions.
- You are able to identify customers' potential and communicate it to the appropriate people.
What you bring with you

- You may already have experience in the banking sector, or you may have completed other relevant vocational or basic training.
- You have already gained an understanding of AKB's products and services through the basic training course or through other means.
