Customer Service Representative
Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide in-person advice and support to customers and handle customer service at the cash desk. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn who have relevant vocational training and offers a competitive total compensation package as well as opportunities for professional development.
What you can expect
- You will represent AKB at the front desk and during our customer days, and interact with our customers in person.
- You enjoy advising and referring both new and existing customers regarding our basic services.
- Customer interaction also plays a major role at the Learning Desk, where you manage our various digital channels and assist our customer service team with updates.
- You will be responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and change), processing cashless transactions, and managing cash reserves and ATMs.
- You are able to identify the potential of your clients and guide them through the necessary steps.
What you bring with you
- This function is suitable for those who are eager to learn.
- You have either completed vocational training as a business administrator or another relevant vocational program, or you have completed a corresponding basic training program.
- You have already further expanded your existing knowledge of the products and services covered in the Basic Services course.
