Consultant customer zone
The position as a customer zone advisor at Aargauische Kantonalbank (AKB) involves looking after customers at the counter desk, processing complex requests and maintaining customer relationships. The position is job-sharing and requires a degree in a relevant field as well as knowledge of the bank's basic range of services.
Tasks
- The representative role as an advisor in the customer center takes care of customers at the counter desk (deposits / withdrawals, changes) and supports the processing of complex requests (e.g. credit and trade financing) with the necessary main and additional tasks.
- You are very familiar with the basic functions in banking, e.g. in the area of finance, invoicing, new designs and looking after team customers.
- You maintain customer contact via the digital self-service channels, where you forward the appropriate digital self-service offers accordingly.
- You are able to recognize the potential of customers and pass it on to the appropriate internal departments.
- You ensure that the document status is always maintained and that requested documents such as account and custody account statements, etc. are forwarded in a timely manner.
- You ensure that customer relationships and customer service are maintained.
Requirements
- This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
- You have a degree, preferably in one of the following areas: Banking, Business Administration or another business degree with a completed basic banking training.
- You know the core topics of the products and services in the basic service spectrum.
- Another day for you is when you can work in a team with our customers in the consultation room.
- Teamwork is just as important to you as working independently.
