Tasks
- the competent contact person for private customers, independent, autonomous and SMEs and advise them holistically
- to manage, build up and expand its own customer support team and its network of consultants
- advise on our products and services professionally and in line with requirements
- Forward customers to other segments as part of cross/upselling
Requirements
- banking training and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
- Enjoy solution-oriented and committed work
- Further training in banking
