Tasks

• the competent contact person for private clients, the self-employed, heirs and SMEs, advising them comprehensively on all their concerns
• manage, build up, expand and further develop your own customer portfolio
• Selling products and services professionally and in line with demand
• Expand customers as part of cross/upselling and other segments

Requirements

• a banking education and several years of experience in the credit sector, especially in the financial sector
• Strong communication skills, goal and solution orientation
• Enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
• a broad network of contacts
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness
