Tasks

the competent contact person for private clients, the self-employed, heirs and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive advice
manage, build up and expand their own contact portfolio and further develop their service portfolio
sell our products and services professionally and in line with demand
Forward customers to other segments as part of cross/upselling

Requirements

banking training and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
up-to-date specialist knowledge and completed vocational training
Further training in banking and communication skills, target and service orientation
Enjoying daily customer contact and recognizing needs and expectations
a broad network of contacts
Persuasiveness and assertiveness
