Advisor for private and business clients 80 - 100 % LaufenTasks
- the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed persons and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive advice
- Establish and expand independent customer and advisory relationships and further develop their network of contacts
- sell our products and services professionally and in line with requirements
- Forward customers to other segments as part of cross/upselling
Requirements
- a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
- Up-to-date specialist knowledge and a completed apprenticeship/ high school diploma
- Strong communication, goal and service orientation
- Enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
- a broad network of contacts
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness
