Tasks
- the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed persons and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive advice
- Build, establish and develop your own team
- advise our products and services professionally and in line with your needs
- Forward customers to other segments as part of cross/upselling
Requirements
- banking training and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
- up-to-date specialist knowledge and an open, solution-oriented approach to communication
- Goal, result and service orientation
- Enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
- a broad network of contacts
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness
