Advisor for private and business clients 80 - 100 % Suhr

Tasks

• the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed persons and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive advice
• Independently establish and build customer relationships and further develop their network
• sell our products and services professionally and in line with demand
• Forward customers to other segments as part of cross/upselling

Requirements

• banking training and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
• Up-to-date specialist knowledge and completed vocational training
• Strong communication, goal and service orientation
• Enjoying daily customer contact and recognizing needs and expectations
• a broad network of contacts
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness
