You will:

• the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed persons and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive advice
• Build up your own team and further develop your advisory network
• advise on our products and services professionally and in line with requirements
• Forward customers to other segments as part of cross/upselling

Requirements

You bring:

• banking training and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
• up-to-date specialist knowledge and an open, distinctive communication mentality
• Service orientation
• Enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
• a broad network of contacts
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness
