Tasks

the competent contact person for private customers, independent renovators and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive advice
manage, build up, expand and further develop your own customer sub-portfolio
advise on our products and services professionally and in line with requirements
Forward customers to other segments as part of cross/upselling

Requirements

banking training and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
sound know-how in a completed or prospective professional qualification
Strong communication skills, target and performance-oriented management style
Enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
a broad network of contacts
