Tasks
- the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed persons and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive business advice
- Support, develop and expand independent customer and consulting processes and further develop your consulting business
- explain our products and services professionally and sell them in line with demand
- Forward customers to other segments as part of cross-upselling
Requirements
- a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
- up-to-date specialist knowledge and completed commercial training
- Service orientation, goal and service orientation
- Enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
