Tasks

• the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed persons and SMEs and provide them with comprehensive advice
• Independently build up and expand client portfolios and further develop their consulting activities
• sell our products and services professionally and in line with demand
• Redirect customers to another segment as part of cross/upselling

Requirements

• a banking education and several years of experience in the credit sector
• especially in the credit sector
• Active specialist knowledge and completed vocational training/apprenticeship
• Enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
• a broad network of contacts
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness
