Private Client Advisor (80–100%)

Regiobank Solothurn AG is seeking a Client Advisor (80–100%) for its Grenchen branch who will manage their own client portfolio with a focus on mortgages and actively work to acquire new clients. The position requires a completed banking education, several years of experience in client advisory services, and strong advisory and sales skills.

Your tasks

Client Advisory & Portfolio
  • You will manage your own client portfolio, with a focus on mortgages.
  • You will serve as the deputy to the Market Area Manager.
  • You analyze and evaluate loan and mortgage applications, prepare offers, and guide your clients through the entire decision-making process.
Market Development & Networking
  • You demonstrate a high level of commitment and enthusiasm when it comes to acquiring new customers—with a keen eye for opportunities and a strong network in the region.
  • You actively maintain existing customer relationships and work to expand them in a targeted manner.
  • You represent our bank with confidence when interacting with customers, on the phone, and at regional events.
collaboration
  • You will collaborate with internal experts across various departments.
  • You will assist the team in serving walk-in customers.

Your profile

  • Education & Experience: You have completed banking training and have several years of experience in customer service.
  • Consulting skills: You demonstrate strong consulting and sales skills, as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Analytical thinking: With your knack for numbers, your structured approach to work, and your sense of responsibility, you impress both us and our clients.
