Tasks

You will:

• the competent contact person for private customers, self-employed persons, and SMEs, advising them on a wide range of financial matters, offers, and pension plans
• manage your own customer portfolio
• Use our products and services in accordance with customer needs
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and offer customers the right solutions for their changing needs.

Requirements

You bring:

• banking training and further training in banking
• Several years of professional experience in the industry, preferably in the field of finance
• Strong communication skills, goal and service orientation
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and the ability to quickly identify needs and expectations
• a broad network of contacts and strong regional roots
