Advisor for private customers (with potential for development into business customer consulting)

Job description

Tasks

• the competent contact person for private clients and provide them with comprehensive advice in the financing, investment and pension provision segments
• Establish and build up your own client/consulting portfolio and further develop your network of relationships
• (there is the possibility of learning from self-employed persons and SMEs in an internal junior program)

Requirements

• banking training and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector, but also in payment transactions, in advisory services or as a customer advisor
• up-to-date specialist knowledge and completed further training in the credit sector (e.g. business administrator, qualified financial specialist)
• Service orientation/performance
• Strong communication skills, goal and result orientation
• Enjoying daily customer contact and recognizing needs and expectations
• A broad network of relationships
