Securities Processing Advisor

Your tasks

• Ensuring day-to-day business in the areas of securities accounts, collateral accounts, delivery, corporate actions, stock exchange controls, credit checks, fund dispositions, balancing, registered share management, and tax deductions—always with a focus on timeliness, efficiency, and the exploitation of synergies.
• Clarify complex issues by answering customer questions, reading through information, and reviewing and commenting on accountability reports, brochures, or other documents.
• Acting as the central interface between customer-side and internal processing, combined with carrying out acquisitions, reviewing service quality, and ensuring an assignable internal control system (ICS)
• Monitoring and optimization of processes and regulatory compliance—in particular through monitoring and ensuring the control system

Our requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Extensive experience and professional expertise in securities processing
• Very good written and spoken German
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, ideally in conjunction with the latest version of Outlook
• Experience with Finnova is an advantage
• Independent, precise, and well-organized approach to work
