Your tasks

• Responsibility for the design, further development and implementation of a holistic customer, sales and advisory system for the bank
• Ensuring and further developing a customer-oriented advisory process, including coaching and supporting the management level
• Development and maintenance of a systematic sales and consulting infrastructure on all channels as well as proactive sales promotion (e.g. BSP Selling)
• Conception and implementation of a consistent marketing and sales concept as well as a cross-channel sales strategy
• Development and introduction of integrated target, control and lead management for effective sales and segmentation control
• Responsibility for segmentation and quality management

Our requirements

• Completed university degree (university or college) in business administration or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in consulting, sales or production (in the financial sector or a related field)
• Experience in working with digital tools, reporting systems and data warehouse solutions
• High conceptual strength to develop, strategically anchor and successfully implement new concepts and structures
• In-depth industry knowledge, customer-oriented view and cross-channel thinking, ideal in segmentation and management levels

• Strategic, networked thinking combined with implementation strength, customer orientation and high social competence
• Willingness to actively shape and take on responsibility
