Job description
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the design, further development and implementation of a holistic customer, sales and advisory system for the bank
- Ensuring and further developing a customer-oriented advisory process, including coaching and supporting the management level
- Development and maintenance of a systematic sales and consulting infrastructure on all channels as well as proactive sales promotion (e.g. BSP Selling)
- Conception and implementation of a consistent marketing and sales concept as well as a cross-channel sales strategy
- Development and introduction of integrated target, control and lead management for effective sales and segmentation control
- Responsibility for segmentation and quality management
Our requirements
- Completed university degree (university or college) in business administration or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in consulting, sales or production (in the financial sector or a related field)
- Experience in working with digital tools, reporting systems and data warehouse solutions
- High conceptual strength to develop, strategically anchor and successfully implement new concepts and structures
- In-depth industry knowledge, customer-oriented view and cross-channel thinking, ideal in segmentation and management levels

- Strategic, networked thinking combined with implementation strength, customer orientation and high social competence
- Willingness to actively shape and take on responsibility
