Head of Consulting and Sales
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the design, further development and implementation of a holistic sales and advisory system for the bank
- Ensuring and further developing a customer and market-oriented advisory process, including coaching and support for managers
- Development and maintenance of a systematic sales and advisory infrastructure on all channels as well as proactive sales promotion (e.g. SPN selling)
- Conception and implementation of a consistent marketing and sales approach as well as a cross-channel sales and consulting strategy
- Development and introduction of an integrated target, control and lead management system for effective sales management
- Responsibility for segmentation and quality controlling
Our requirements
- Completed university degree (university or college) in business administration or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in consulting, sales or production in the financial sector or a related field
- Experience in managing employees and setting up a performance-oriented sales structure
- High conceptual strength to develop, strategically anchor and successfully implement new concepts and structures
- Sales experience, customer and sales-oriented approach, cross-channel know-how, e.g. segmentation and management tools
- Experience in using digital tools, reporting systems and data warehouse systems
- Strategic, networked thinking combined with implementation strength, customer orientation, coordination and communication
- Willingness to actively share responsibility and celebrate successes directly
