Head of Consulting and Sales

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the design, further development and implementation of a holistic sales and advisory system for the bank
• Ensuring and further developing a customer and market-oriented advisory process, including coaching and support for managers
• Development and maintenance of a systematic sales and advisory infrastructure on all channels as well as proactive sales promotion (e.g. SPN selling)
• Conception and implementation of a consistent marketing and sales approach as well as a cross-channel sales and consulting strategy
• Development and introduction of an integrated target, control and lead management system for effective sales management
• Responsibility for segmentation and quality controlling

Our requirements

• Completed university degree (university or college) in business administration or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in consulting, sales or production in the financial sector or a related field
• Experience in managing employees and setting up a performance-oriented sales structure
• High conceptual strength to develop, strategically anchor and successfully implement new concepts and structures
• Sales experience, customer and sales-oriented approach, cross-channel know-how, e.g. segmentation and management tools
• Experience in using digital tools, reporting systems and data warehouse systems
• Strategic, networked thinking combined with implementation strength, customer orientation, coordination and communication
• Willingness to actively share responsibility and celebrate successes directly
