Customer Center Manager
Migros Bank is looking for a customer center advisor who can help customers over the phone and in person and independently find solutions to their concerns. The position offers a permanent position with a comprehensive training concept and further training opportunities.
Overview
- Customer center advisor 60 - 100%
- Permanent position (open-ended) - immediately or by arrangement
Tasks
- You look after the 1st level inbound channels (telephone, e-mail and SecureMail if you use them yourself)
- You are responsible for providing information and assistance in 1st level e-banking support
- You generate leads and sales opportunities by arranging appointments for our customer advisors
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of commercial experience and experience in direct customer contact an advantage
- Completed basic or advanced commercial training is an advantage
- German (business fluent)
- French (an advantage), Italian (an advantage)
- Enjoy customer contact by telephone
- Interest in banking products and services and corresponding performance awareness
- Networked thinking, flexibility and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
