Customer Center Manager

Migros Bank is looking for a customer center advisor to provide personal and immediate support to customers and find creative solutions. The position involves processing customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail and SecureMail as well as generating sales opportunities.

Overview

- Customer Center Advisor 60 - 100% - Permanent position (open-ended) - immediately or by arrangement

Tasks

  • You look after the 1st level inbound channels (telephone, e-mail and SecureMail if you use them yourself)
  • You are responsible for providing information and assistance in 1st level e-banking support
  • You generate leads and sales opportunities by arranging appointments for our customer advisors

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of commercial experience and experience in direct customer contact an advantage
  • Completed basic or advanced training
  • Basic commercial training an advantage
  • Language skills:
    • German (business fluent)
    • French (an advantage)
    • Italian (an advantage)
  • Enjoy customer contact by telephone
  • Interest in banking products and services and corresponding performance capability
  • Networked thinking, flexibility and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
