BI Solution Specialist

Job Description

This role will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making within the group by providing high-quality information, meaningful analyses, and reliable data. Through close collaboration with key business partners and team members, the role ensures that management receives timely, relevant, and well-structured insights to support strategic planning, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Main tasks

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of business and management information infrastructure
• Development of reporting and analytics solutions to transform data into actionable business insights
• Play a key role in improving the team’s data mining capabilities and serve as a data expert who provides guidance on data processing and analysis
• Stay up to date on key technical developments and trends (e.g., AI, cloud technologies) and assess their relevance to the Group’s data and analytics landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, computer science, or engineering
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for database queries and data extraction
• Analytical and structured thinking combined with strong communication skills
• Practical, manageable, and problem-solving skills
• A forward-thinking mindset and a proactive approach to technical developments and trends in a dynamic environment
