BI Solution Specialist

Job Description

The role of BI Solution Specialist involves supporting data-driven decision-making across the group by providing high-quality information, meaningful analyses, and reliable data foundations. Working closely with key business partners and team members, the role ensures that management receives timely, relevant, and well-structured insights for strategic planning, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Main tasks

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of business and management information infrastructure
• Development of reporting and analytics solutions to transform data into actionable business insights
• Play a key role in improving the team’s data mining capabilities and serve as a data expert to provide guidance on data processing and analysis
• Stay up to date on key technical developments and trends (e.g., AI, cloud technologies) and assess their relevance to the Group’s data and analytics landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, computer science, or engineering
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for database queries and data extraction
• Analytical and structured thinking combined with strong communication skills
• A practical, action-oriented, and problem-solving approach
