Accountant (m/f/d)
Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft is seeking an experienced general ledger accountant with a focus on accounting and knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) for its private bank in Zurich or Frankfurt. The position requires 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the banking sector, and offers a hybrid work model as well as personalized development opportunities.
Requirements
- A degree in economics with a focus on accounting or a related qualification, such as a certification as a bookkeeper (m/f/d).
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in banking, auditing, insurance, or other regulated industries, and experience in Switzerland and Germany.
- In-depth knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and experience in independently preparing financial statements and performing financial controlling.
- An analytical and structured approach to work, along with a high degree of personal responsibility and a strong team-oriented mindset. Willingness to take on responsibility and further develop processes.
