Vaudoise is looking for a Broker Advisor (m/f/d) for the Bern region to promote the broker channel in German-speaking Switzerland. The position involves supporting brokers, looking after the broker portfolio and organizing regional broker events.

Tasks
- Support for our brokers in day-to-day business
- Support and expansion of the broker portfolio
- Coordination and control of quotation requests
- Ensuring quality when concluding contracts
- Creation of annual plans for market development
- Planning and implementation of regional broker events
Requirements
- Federal certificate in the insurance industry or other higher vocational education and training
- Residence and strong roots in the area of activity
- At least 5 years of professional experience with an all-lines insurer
- High performance orientation and commitment
