Broker supervisor (m/f/d)
Vaudoise is looking for a broker account manager (m/f/d) to work full-time in Bern to promote the broker channel in German-speaking Switzerland and expand the broker portfolio. The position offers a diverse range of tasks and an attractive working environment in a cooperative-based company.
Tasks
The following diverse tasks await you:- Support for our brokers in day-to-day business
- Support and expansion of the broker portfolio
- Coordination and control of quotation requests
- Ensuring quality when concluding contracts
- Creation of annual plans for market development
- Planning and execution of regional broker events
Requirements
What sets you apart:- Federal certificate in the insurance industry or other higher vocational training
- Residence and strong roots in the area of activity
- At least 5 years of professional experience with an all-lines insurer
- High performance orientation and commitment
