Broker Account Manager for the Rapperswil & Southeastern Switzerland Region (m/f/d) 100%
Vaudoise is seeking a Broker Account Manager for the Rapperswil and Chur regions to provide strategic support for the broker portfolio and assist clients with life and property insurance. The ideal candidate will have completed specialized training in the insurance industry, strong regional ties, and a strong aptitude for networking and a service-oriented mindset.
Tasks
- Expert and solution-oriented support for our many clients in the areas of life and property insurance
- Comprehensive management and strategic planning of the brokerage portfolio
- Coordinating Processes to Ensure Smooth Business Operations
- Plan and execute regional broker events to strengthen collaboration with partners, implement programs, and generate momentum in the market
- Developing creative concepts, including contributing to market development efforts
Requirements
- Successful completion of vocational training in the insurance industry or graduation from a technical college
- Residence and strong ties to the service area in the Chur or Rapperswil region
- A strong affinity for networking
- Strong assertiveness, the ability to work well in a team, and a strong commitment to customer service
