Broker Account Manager, Central Switzerland (m/f/d)
Vaudoise is seeking an experienced broker account manager (80–100%) based in Zug to actively manage and strategically develop the broker portfolio in Central Switzerland. Ideally, you have at least five years of professional experience in the insurance industry and hold a Federal Professional Certificate.
Tasks
- Expert and solution-oriented support for our brokers in their day-to-day operations
- Active management, further development, and strategic expansion of the brokerage portfolio
- Online Forms and Ensuring a Smooth Process
- Ensuring high quality throughout the entire process
- Be dynamic and flexible, and enjoy being on the go in your line of work
Requirements
- Swiss Federal Certificate in the insurance industry or comparable advanced training
- At least five years of professional experience with a comprehensive insurance provider or in a similar field
- A strong commitment to performance, initiative, and a strong customer focus
