Broker Representative

Tasks

• Reviewing and Preparing Proposals: You will receive information from the company so that you can then determine the best option.
• Tracking and Negotiating Quotes: You oversee the technical aspects and ensure that insurance planning is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Technical management of clients' existing insurance policies: You keep your clients informed and up to date at all times.
• Analyzing Your Customers: You will develop and actively support our customers in the various areas that may be of interest to them.
• Technical consulting in the areas of accident, liability, auto, and/or other insurance policies.

Requirements

• Federal Certificate in the Insurance Industry
• Extensive experience in this business area in a similar career path
• Sales Talent
• Working Under Stress
• Working with Strict Consistency
• Written and spoken German; knowledge of French is a plus
• Resilient, outgoing, and communicative, with strong negotiation skills
• A Passion for the Insurance Industry
