Business Analyst, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Your challenge

* Responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to management accounting processes, including reconciling balance sheet and income statement figures, as well as thoroughly investigating and resolving variances * Drives the project-based design, implementation, and improvement of management accounting processes, with a particular focus on allocation frameworks, the income statement, and key KPI reporting * Translates business requirements into clear business and functional concepts, develops detailed specifications, creates test cases with acceptance criteria, and conducts user testing within program deadlines * Supports project-related financial reconciliations, analyzes variances identified during the testing or launch phases, and contributes to root-cause analysis and remediation activities * Contributes to project execution and operational continuity by supporting and representing team members in the areas of management accounting and finance analytics

Your profile

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field * At least 2–5 years of professional experience in management accounting or internal reporting, ideally in the banking industry * A self-starter with the ability to quickly and efficiently grasp new and complex processes and adapt to changing priorities * A reliable and flexible team player with a can-do attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment * A strong interest in finance, particularly in areas such as lending, markets, and treasury, is considered a plus * A passion for finance and IT with a deep understanding of SAP financial systems; prior knowledge of SAP PaPM is a significant advantage
