Business Analyst, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Job description

Your challenge

• Responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in the area of management accounting, including reconciling the balance sheet and income statement, as well as conducting detailed analyses and resolving variances
• Project-based design, implementation, and improvement of end-to-end management accounting processes, with a particular focus on allocation frameworks, income statements, and key KPI reporting
• Translating business requirements into clear business and functional concepts, creating detailed specifications, preparing test cases with acceptance criteria, and conducting user acceptance tests within the project deadlines
• Supporting project-related financial reconciliations, analyzing variances identified during the testing or go-live phases, and contributing to root-cause analysis and remediation efforts
• Contribute to project delivery and operational continuity by supporting and covering for team members in the areas of management accounting and finance analytics

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• At least 2–5 years of professional experience in management accounting or internal reporting, ideally in the banking industry
• A self-starter with the ability to quickly and efficiently grasp new and complex processes and adapt to changing priorities
• A reliable and flexible team player with a can-do attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic environment
• Strong interest in financial topics, particularly in areas such as loans and markets
