Business Analyst 100% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer is seeking a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension to assist in analyzing business requirements and coordinating with various units. The position is based in Zurich and requires at least 5 years of experience in business analysis in the financial sector.

Tasks
- Facilitation of workshops and sign-offs with business representatives and control functions
- Proactive identification and resolution of access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering sign-offs, and coordinating with business units and control functions (Legal, Compliance, IT Security)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis within an organization in the financial services sector
- Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for IT
- Strong knowledge of data protection and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)
- Fluent English skills; good German skills are required
- CDP, POPM/PSPD/CSPO
