Job description

Business Analyst 100% (m/f/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months with possible extension)

Tasks

• Moderation of workshops and approvals with business representatives and control functions
• Proactive identification and resolution of access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives
• Facilitation of workshops, obtaining approvals, and coordination with business units and control functions (legal, compliance, IT security)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis within an organization in the financial services sector
• Previous experience in identifying, modeling, and documenting business and system requirements for IT
• Experience in moderating workshops, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with business units and control functions (legal, compliance, IT security)
• Solid understanding of data protection and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)
• Fluent in English; good German skills are required
• CDP, POPM/PSPD/CSPO
