Tasks
- Iterating customer journeys to improve the product experience
- Implementing framework conditions to promote adoption and use, and establishing feedback loops to ensure that the product meets customer needs
- Promotion of engagement and utilization
- Managing business and senior stakeholders as partners and trusted advisors to ensure continuous user feedback loops during agile delivery
- Planning and orchestrating training activities and creating easy-to-understand training and engagement materials for customers and front office staff
- Creation of high-quality communication materials such as EDMs for customers and front office, and articulation of the communication strategy through presentation materials
- Working on projects and having a good understanding of project management in general when it comes to structure, clear roles and responsibilities, etc.
Requirements
Essential requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in a financial institution, fintech, technology, or consulting company
- Experience working on problems with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and prioritize journeys
- Excellent communication skills, ability to process information quickly, reduce complex issues to their core – work independently and do not give up easily
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to make necessary decisions
- Experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product, or service, and successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from idea phase to scaling, including integrating user feedback into product requirements and prioritization.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and fluent Spanish is an advantage
- Knowledge of Jira or similar agile project management tools
- Experience in applying test methods, in particular functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Technology within a design thinking and agile framework
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Successful track record in prioritizing and weighing opportunities and potential pitfalls
