Job description

Tasks

• Product Discovery & Delivery:
  • Supporting the product owner for the CLM initiative in strategic capabilities affecting customers and front office staff
  • Collaborate with Change & Client Experience, Business Management, and Technology teams to design features, deliver requirements, prioritize user stories, and work with Technology and other team members on delivery
  • Extracting relevant insights from customer online behavior and usability tests to continuously iterate customer journeys and improve the product experience
  • Implement a framework to promote adoption and usage, and establish a feedback loop to ensure that the product meets customer needs.
• Driving Engagement & Usage:
  • Managing business and senior stakeholders by acting as a partner and trusted advisor to ensure continuous user feedback loops during agile delivery
  • Planning and orchestrating training activities and creating easy-to-understand training and engagement materials for customers and front-office employees
  • Creating high-quality communication materials such as EDMs for customers and front-office staff, and articulating the communication strategy through presentation materials
  • Working on projects and having a good understanding of project management in general when it comes to structure, clear roles and responsibilities, etc.

Requirements

Must Haves

• At least 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in a financial institution, fintech, technology, or consulting company
• Successful management of the entire product lifecycle from the idea phase to scaling, including the integration of user feedback into product requirements and prioritization
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and fluent in Spanish (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with Jira or similar agile project management tools
• Experience in applying test methods, in particular functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Professional and Technical

• Familiarity with customer needs in wealth management and private banking. Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process reengineering.
• Experience with product discovery and delivery concepts to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and demonstrate successful, effective delivery
• Knowledge of agile methods and experience in partnering with research, design, change, and technology in a design thinking and agile framework
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Successful track record in prioritizing and weighing opportunities against potential pitfalls
