Business Analyst Analytics (m/f/x)

Vaudoise is looking for a Business Analyst Analytics (80-100%) who will translate the company's needs into technical specifications and work closely with data engineers. The position requires at least 3 years of experience in business intelligence/analytics and knowledge of the insurance sector.

Tasks

The tasks that await you:
  • Work closely with business teams to identify, analyze, and formalize KPI and data analysis requirements, then write accurate and actionable user stories.
  • Actively contribute to the testing phase by validating that the developments made meet functional requirements and business expectations.
  • Document the semantic models and KPIs made available to the business
  • Leverage insurance industry expertise to challenge business demands, propose relevant indicators (KPIs), and guarantee the added value of big data solutions.
  • Define acceptance criteria, test plans, and scenarios, then coordinate UATs.
  • Use BA standards and tools (IRA, Confluence)
  • Manage the entire requirements lifecycle (traceability, updates, evolution)

Requirements

Votre profil :
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of business intelligence/analytics as a developer or business analyst
  • Initial experience as a business analyst demonstrating your ability to formalize complex requirements in detailed documentation
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly property and casualty insurance, would be a significant advantage.
  • Familiar with Scrum/Agile environments, you know how to structure your deliverables to accelerate the work of data engineers.
  • You are proficient in SQL, enabling you to explore databases independently and validate the relevance of product indicators.
  • Ease in communicating and collaborating with various technical and functional contacts
  • Initiative and autonomy to effectively manage priorities and propose innovative solutions
