Atlassian Business Analyst (m/f/x)

The Position

• Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Division, the Business Analyst will be responsible for all Atlassian solutions, collaboration tools, and VFH employees, and will serve as a key liaison between the Product Owner (who drives the product vision) and the Solutions Manager (who ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions).

The missions that await you

• Help identify solutions: Atlassian product features, collaborations, and related services (portals, product sheets, etc.)
• Document functional, technical, legal, and financial dependencies, etc.
• Oversee the tests (from planning to validation, including defining acceptance criteria)
• Manage Certain Configurations
• Provide Level 2 support (diagnosis, coordination with dedicated teams (support, change, etc.))
• Work closely with:
  • Technical teams, editors, database enrichment;
• Drive usage and adoption (designing dashboards, reports, etc., for the team or stakeholders)
• Participate in its technology watch (developments, new features)

Votre profil

• A higher education degree in computer science, such as an HES, bachelor's, or master's degree …
• Strong technical and functional expertise in Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Looms, Roxy, Jira Service Management)
• At least five years of experience with Atlassian technologies and projects in the context of IT assignments/projects, as well as business projects with a strong technological and transformation component
• Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• A solid understanding of agile methodologies and transformation management processes
• Raising awareness of problem management, particularly the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology used in our organization (defining transformation topics)
• Fluent command of the French language—both spoken and written—and a plus: English at a minimum B2 level. German is a plus.
