Business Analyst

Tasks

• Identifying and gathering the needs of stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into application solutions and creating user stories
• Active participation in agile ceremonies
• Documentation of processes and damage cases
• Defining acceptance criteria for deliveries with the parties involved
• Supporting developers during the implementation phases to ensure that requirements are correctly understood
• Supporting the tester during the system and integration phases (ST, SIT)
• Supporting users during the acceptance phase and deployment
• Contribution to the optimization of working methods, analysis, needs assessment, and value determination within the team
• Analysis and classification of incidents in production

Requirements

• Technical skills (hard skills)
• Higher degree in computer science or equivalent
• Skills in analyzing business requirements and technical requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) as well as in creating user stories, functional specifications, and test plans
• Knowledge of UML
• Proven skills in modeling business processes and technical processes in BPMN format
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles
• Excellent command of French and English at least at B2 level

Soft skills

• Effective teamwork and communication with various contacts
• Ability to work independently, with care and organizational skills
• Working in agile mode (Scrum) and understanding roles and responsibilities
• Positive leadership and promotion of needs in order to develop joint solutions
• Curiosity and analytical skills to understand the challenges
