Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Identify and gather stakeholder needs
• Translate business requirements into application solutions and write user stories
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
• Document existing processes and incidents
• Define the criteria for accepting deliverables with stakeholders
• Support developers during implementation phases to ensure that requirements are properly understood.
• Support the tester during the system and integration testing phases (ST, SIT)
• Analyze disputes during the acceptance and deployment phases
• Contribute your experience to optimize working methods, analysis, requirements gathering, and value research within the team.
• Analyze and classify incidents in production

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Technical skills (hard skills)
• Higher education diploma in computer science from a university of applied sciences, federal institute of technology, or university, or equivalent
• Skills in analyzing business and technical requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) and in writing user stories, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Proven experience in data analysis
• Proven skills in modeling business and technical processes in BPMN format
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles
• Excellent command of French and minimum English level B2

• Evolving in Agile mode (Scrum) and understanding roles and responsibilities

Additional advantages

• Experience in the insurance sector, particularly in personal insurance (LAA, PGM)
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Business analysis certifications appreciated
• Understanding of global IT architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.)
