Business Analyst Client Lifecycle Management

The Business Analyst for Client Lifecycle Management at Julius Baer in Singapore is responsible for analyzing business processes and implementing solutions in technical applications. The position requires experience in implementing client onboarding and lifecycle management processes, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies and CRM applications.

Tasks

  • Analysis of the needs and problems of the company or business unit
  • Specification and documentation of new business processes or systems
  • Translating business processes and requirements into technical solutions while taking time and budget constraints into account
  • Consult with (senior) business partners to understand the organizational structure, the business model, and the applicable regulatory requirements
  • Validating the fulfillment of business requirements by creating test cases, test procedures, and user acceptance tests
  • Ensuring the appropriate involvement of relevant business partners throughout the entire project cycle

Regulatory responsibilities and risk management

  • Demonstrating appropriate values and behaviors, including honesty, integrity, diligence, fairness, and risk management

Requirements

  • A completed degree (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a business analyst in software development projects
  • Strong understanding of agile methods (e.g., SAFe) and experience working with IT in a Scrum setup
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar agile project management tools
  • A strong understanding of business processes, process design, and process optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
