Business Analyst Client Lifecycle Management
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Business Analyst for Client Lifecycle Management in Singapore who will act as an interface between business and development teams and translate business requirements into technical applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing client onboarding and lifecycle management processes and platforms, as well as technical knowledge of CRM applications.
Tasks
The role of the Business Analyst Client Lifecycle Management includes:- Analysis of the needs and problems of the company or business unit
- Specification and documentation of new business processes or systems
- Integration of business processes and requirements into technical solutions, taking into account time and budget constraints
- Consultation with (senior) management to understand structures, business and operating models, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Validating the fulfillment of business requirements by creating test cases, test procedures, and user acceptance tests
- Ensuring the appropriate involvement of relevant management personnel throughout the entire project lifecycle
Regulatory responsibilities and risk management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, diligence and prudence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), conflict management, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as a business analyst in software delivery projects
- Strong understanding of agile methodology (e.g., SAFe) and experience working with IT in a Scrum setup
- Proficiency in Jira or similar agile project management tools
- Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process redesign
- Strong stakeholder management skills
