The Business Analyst - Client Lifecycle Management supports Julius Baer in implementing a global platform for client lifecycle management and acts as an interface between the business and development teams. The position is based in Singapore and requires experience in implementing client onboarding and lifecycle management processes.

Business Analyst - Client Lifecycle ManagementTasks
- Analysis of the needs and problems of the company or business unit
- Defining and documenting new business processes or systems
- Integration of business processes and requirements into technical solutions (taking into account time and budget constraints) in order to achieve the goals of the Scrum team
- Consultation with (higher-level) business partners to understand the company's structures, business and operating models, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Validation of business requirements fulfillment by developing test cases, test procedures, and user tests
- Ensuring appropriate involvement of relevant business partners throughout the project lifecycle
Regulatory responsibilities and/or risk management
- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements

- Strong sense of personal responsibility and results orientation; proactive initiative and search for process improvements
- Ability to think pragmatically and promote the implementation of concepts; analysis, prioritization, problem solving, and decision making
- Experience in a global environment with distributed teams
Professional and technical skills
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as a business analyst in software development projects
- Strong understanding of agile methods (e.g., SAFe) and experience working with IT in a Scrum setup
- Familiarity with Jira or similar agile project management tools
- Good understanding of business processes, process design and process reengineering
- Strong stakeholder management skills
