Business Analyst Client Lifecycle Management

Tasks

The role involves the following tasks:

• Analysis of the needs and problems of the company or business unit
• Specification and documentation of new business processes or systems
• Translation of business processes and requirements into technical solutions, taking into account time and budget constraints
• Consultation with (senior) business partners to understand structures, business and operating models, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Validating the fulfillment of business requirements by creating test cases, test procedures, and user acceptance tests
• Ensuring the appropriate involvement of relevant business partners throughout the entire project cycle

Regulatory responsibilities and risk management

The role also encompasses regulatory responsibilities and risk management, including:

• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors, including honesty, integrity, diligence, and fairness
• Management of conflicts of interest and risks
• Compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven experience as a business analyst in software delivery projects
• Strong understanding of agile methods (e.g., SAFe) and experience working with IT in a Scrum setup
• Knowledge of Jira or similar agile project management tools
• Good understanding of business processes, process design and process reengineering
• Strong stakeholder management skills
