Compliance Business Analyst (80–100%) (m/f/d)
St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a Compliance Business Analyst (80–100%) to manage the Compliance Suite and serve as the internal point of contact for compliance and front-office staff. The ideal candidate has experience in banking, preferably in the compliance field, and brings expertise in processes, organization, and IT.
Tasks
- Application Support for Our Compliance Suite
- Coordination of change and release management (providing functional support for system releases) in collaboration with the application team
- Support in problem and change management, including the coordination of business requirements, problem analysis, and prioritization following a business assessment
- Technical responsibility for incident and problem management (recording and analyzing technical incidents, coordinating technical resolution, escalating critical operational situations, maintaining and monitoring problem management processes)
- Assistance with analyzing our processes and maintaining related technical documentation, as well as conducting and continuing user training
- Support for internal and external audits (compliance with regulatory requirements)
- Serve as the internal point of contact for compliance and front-office staff
- Support from our experts in training and professional development regarding the application of specialized topics (Business Analyst)
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship with relevant continuing education, or a completed vocational or college degree, preferably in business informatics or business administration
- Experience in banking, ideally in the area of compliance (AML/KYC), and expertise in processes, organization, and IT
- Experience in a comparable or similar environment, ideally with experience in process and organizational analysis and optimization, as well as an open and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to customer service
