Job Description

• A Key Role in the Digital Transformation of Retail
• Integration of the team responsible for channel and customer journey management
• A key role in a stimulating environment dealing with complex issues
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• Design and develop high-value-added digital solutions to enhance the customer experience

missions

• Analyze and challenge the various business needs gathered by the Product Owner and formalize them into clear business requirements for the future product
• Collaborate with development teams and systems architects to co-create technical and functional solutions
• Documenting and modeling (UML, BPMN) to establish a shared understanding of complex systems
• Test and validate (functional, UAT, post-deployment monitoring) features
• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and sprint management (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
• Pilot projects for integration into new implementations

Profile recherché

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in the insurance industry (BA certification is a plus)
• Advanced degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI, or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Good understanding of IT architectures, front-end development, and an introduction to APIs
• Proficiency in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• French C1, English B2 (German = Real Plus)
• A solutions-oriented, proactive individual with excellent communication skills
• Ability to navigate with ease between business and IT domains and a passion for continuous learning
