Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting (100 %)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the design and implementation of digital solutions in the area of accounting (booking rule and accounting rule definition)
• You support the specialist departments in the formulation of business requirements
• You create high-quality specifications within the given deadlines
• You identify all stakeholders (users, managers, regulatory authorities, etc.) and dependencies
• You develop proposals for the implementation of solutions in coordination with IT to ensure that the proposed solution meets the business and technical requirements
• You will be responsible for supporting the test coordinators and testers in the creation of test scripts, monitoring user tests and providing support and assistance to ensure a smooth transition from project mode to operation
• You maintain and further develop the application environment in order to improve the quality of the dependencies.

Requirements

• Completed business studies (business informatics or business administration)
• At least three years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in Finance & Accounting
• Experience with banking accounting projects (IFRS9, Basel III / IV, accounting rule definitions)
• Ideally familiar with Avaloq
• Knowledge and experience in project management and business requirements management
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Organizational flair
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Negotiating skills, assertiveness and a confident manner
• Independent way of working
• High level of commitment and motivation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• French is a big advantage
• Other languages are welcome
